What is the cancellation policy?
- A processing fee of 15 USD (per booking) will be applied to all cancellations.
- Changes to your period / length of stay may also result in a cancellation charge.
- A no-show will be treated as a cancellation and you will be billed accordingly.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, You can cancel your booking, change your booking dates, request a copy of hotel voucher, and add other special requests.
What is the policy for children?
Most hotels allow children to stay in the room with parents either with or without an extra bed. The normal hotel policy is not to charge for children under twelve years of age.
How can I check my booking's status?
Once you have submitted a booking, you will receive a Confirmation Email.
How long does it take to check for room availability?
Every room that is available on our website should be confirmed instantly. Your hotel voucher will be emailed to you once we have verified and charged your card.
How do I pay for my booking?
You can pay online using Secure online payment gateway. We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, JCB and Carte Bleue and PayPal.
How can I make a Special Request (e.g. Room, Bed Type, Room Location)?
You can make your Special Request on the Room Details Page on the booking form where you fill in the guest names information.
All available special requests will be confirmed upon arrival.
